I just bought an SSD and am planing my windows re-install, figure I’ll use all the hard drives I have laying around:

240gb ssd
2tb HDD (partitioned for 256gb back up to ssd and 1.75tb junk storage)
4x 1TB in raid 5 (3tb effective 1 drive failure proof movie+tv storage)

I think this will do… :)

Last Day

I have the strange melancholy feeling buzzing through my vains. I have completed all I set out to do.

Freshmen year of high school (4 years after learning I was dyslexic) I realized I might have a spelling difichancy but I was still smarter then most of the people around me. It just didn’t show! I never thought I would be able to tolerate college enough to make it through. So I half heatedly challenged myself to, go - get through - get a job out of it.

My nonexistent tolerance for ‘bullshit’ drove me to burn the bridges in front of me more than once. I found a number of classes that taught me nothing but how to look awake and how to earn a B with no effort. The pain of having my mind idle its way through these stale classes drove my fury that I costed on through the last year.

Now I’m done. Along the line I landed a good job with an excellent fast growing IT company (my second goal) and by next week I will have my degree in my hand. I’m left thinking now what.

20 - graduated college - good job - looking at houses

I have a weird breaking split from reality feeling now. “I have no next semester, I have just the vast wasteland like expanse of my life left.” Do all recent grads start feeling this way?
